Alpha Pi is for men and women who are undergraduate students enrolled in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences (CALS) at UW in Madison. A member of Alpha Pi co-ed fraternity is someone who first and foremost dedicates themselves to their education. At Alpha Pi, school comes first. After all we are at college to educate and better ourselves. Secondly, a member of Alpha Pi is someone who thrives off of responsibility and leadership. Members are in charge of looking after the house, hold officer positions, help recruit new members and represent Alpha Pi and the University of Wisconsin in a positive way. Your leadership involvement with Alpha Pi translates well to a resume and can be applied to many real-world experiences. And finally, members of Alpha Pi are people who like to feel that they are part of something positive and fun. It is a place to make lifelong friends.
Why are we a co-ed fraternity? In today’s world it is absolutely critical for men and women to work together on the challenges that are presented. It is our hope that Alpha Pi presents an opportunity where men and women, treated as equals, in a single organization provides preparation for real world realities. We were unable to accomplish this as Delta Theta Sigma and hence created a new co-ed Alpha Pi fraternity.
Alpha Pi offers numerous scholarships. Please be sure to take a look at our Scholarships page.
